I Got My First Job!

Hi! It’s been a long time, hasn’t it?

It’s been quite a while since my last post.... Honestly, I’m still adapting to my new environment, everything feels new and a lil overwhelming at the same time. Maybe this post will be a short one, but I’m planning to write every week (again), hehe :3.

Life’s been pretty busy lately (lol). And just like the title says, I finally got my first job! 😎 

If you ask me how I got here, honestly, I don’t really know. It just… happened. I applied to so many companies, and all of them got rejected. Then suddenly, one of my friends sent me a job opportunity from her friend, since our skill sets are different and she thought I’d be a good fit.

I mean, after hundreds of job applications, I ended up getting hired through my friend’s friend instead??? Life really has a sense of humor :3

And you know what’s even funnier? I started getting follow-up emails from some of those companies right after I officially joined my new office, bruh :D.

Long story short, I’m now working in Balikpapan! I’ve made lots of new friends here, they’re super supportive and have taught me so many new things ✨. On top of that, I’ve gained tons of new experiences too!

I’ll tell the details in my next post, about my first day in Balikpapan, my first day at the office, how my life’s going so far, and… how I somehow ended up in the Roblox world (lol :3).
